Welcome to Resident.club. By accessing or using our residential community-management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
User Eligibility
Authorized Users
- Residents of participating residential societies
- Authorized security personnel
- Society management committee members
- Approved maintenance staff
Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Service Description
Visitor and Guard Services
Visitor invitations, resident approvals, gate records and optional face-assisted identity checks
Resident Services
Home and household management, amenity bookings, helpdesk requests, community updates, dues and receipts
Community Administration
Resident records, roles, workforce, invoices and operational reporting
Service Scope
Available modules, hosting, support, equipment and any additional services are confirmed in the community proposal before activation.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information during registration
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for authorized residential purposes
- Comply with your society's rules and regulations
- Report any security incidents or system abuse immediately
Community Content and Safety
The community feed is for useful, respectful communication among authorised members of a participating residential community. You remain responsible for posts, comments, poll choices and other content you submit.
- Do not post harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual or exploitative content, threats, graphic violence, scams, spam, impersonation, malicious misinformation, or another person's private information without permission
- Use the in-app report controls to flag content or users that may violate these rules
- Resident.club and authorised community moderators may review reports, remove or restrict content, preserve necessary safety records, warn users, or suspend access when reasonably required
- Do not misuse reporting tools to harass others or interfere with legitimate community discussion
Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Sharing access credentials with unauthorized persons
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Interfering with system operations
- Reverse engineering the software
- Creating fraudulent accounts
- Violating others' privacy rights
- Distributing malicious software
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
All software, technology, algorithms, and platform components are the exclusive property of the Resident.club organization.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of your personal data and content, while granting us necessary licenses to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
The Resident.club organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.
Service Availability
Connectivity
The apps require connectivity to community services. Sign-in and notifications also rely on connected providers. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Breach of security protocols
- End of society subscription
