What is Resident Club?

Resident Club is managed society-management software for apartment and villa communities in India. It connects the Resident Club and Resident Staff apps with a web-based Admin workspace for visitor approvals, facility bookings, repairs, notices and maintenance records.

Pricing & setup

What your society needs to know.

How much does Resident Club cost?

Plans start at ₹25 per flat or villa per month, with a ₹2,500 monthly minimum per community before taxes. Household members are included. Occupied and vacant homes in the subscription both count.

A society with 200 subscribed homes starts at ₹5,000 per month before taxes. Your proposal confirms the final scope, support and any messaging charges.

View plans and inclusions

Can we try it first?

A guided 30-day software trial starts at activation, with no automatic conversion to a paid plan. Trial scope and any separate setup or equipment charges are agreed before it begins.

Can we use our own hardware?

Choose managed hosting or local hosting on compatible community-owned hardware to reduce hosting costs. Setup, updates, support and backup responsibilities are agreed before rollout. Equipment, dedicated hosting, on-site work and custom integrations are quoted separately.

How do we get started?

Book a demo with your society’s requirements. We agree the features, hosting and rollout, then help your committee, residents and guards get set up. App access is arranged with your community.
