Device Permissions
Camera
Allow or deny camera access in iOS Settings. Camera access is needed only for features such as QR scanning, optional face enrollment, identity assistance and guard attendance photos.
Location
Allow or deny location access in iOS Settings. Resident Guard requests location only for attendance or patrol verification while the app is in use.
Notifications
Resident users can review notification status from Profile → Notifications. All users can change notification permission in iOS Settings.
Analytics and Diagnostics
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us understand product interactions and diagnose failures. We do not use this information for third-party advertising or cross-company tracking.
Biometric Consent
Face enrollment is optional. Resident users can open Profile → Secure face identity to review enrollment and withdraw consent. Withdrawal removes the biometric template and encrypted enrollment media for that scope, subject only to a legal requirement that we explain to you.
Access, Correction and Portability
Contact privacy@resident.club from a verified account address to request access to eligible personal information, correct information you cannot edit in the app, or request a portable copy. Include your community name so we can route the request to the correct data owner.

Use the Account Deletion page to start deletion of a Resident Club account and associated information. Managed guard access should also be removed by the community administrator or employer.
