No charges during the 30-day free trial. Cancel anytime without fees.

Monthly Subscription

7-day refund window from the billing date for monthly subscribers.

Annual Subscription

30-day refund window from the billing date for annual subscribers.

Setup Services

48-hour cancellation period for on-site installation services.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Technical issues preventing normal platform operation

Failure to deliver promised features after payment

Billing errors or duplicate charges

Non-Refundable Items
